Villa Marsilia is a two-storey maisonette with an area of 130 sq.m. and outdoor area of 100 sq.m. while it can comfortably accommodate from 1 to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms -each with a private bathroom – and a WC.
On the ground floor is one of the three bedrooms with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen – dining room, living room – living room with sofa. On the 1st floor you can find the other two bedrooms with a double bed, a desk, a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and the Ionian Sea. One of them is a Master covering 30 sqm, with TV and desk.

  • Private pool

    The pool is cleaned and disinfected naturally with salt, an automatic PH-regulating system and chlorine. It is open all year round, it has a shallow point, and hence it is suitable for all ages. Chairs, deck chairs and towels available.

  • Jacuzzi

    12 sq.m. With hydromassage, air massage, natural disinfection.

  • Kitchen

    With fridge freezer, oven with stovetop, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, children's high chair, kitchenware such as toasters, grillers, multi etc, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker.

  • Private bathroom

    With solar water heater, shower, along with slippers, a hairdryer and free toiletries.

  • ΒΒQ

    BBQ with outdoor kitchen and refrigerator and outdoor table with chairs, in the large outdoor area that has an area of 100 sq.m.

  • Environmentally friendly

    The pool is cleaned by means of electrolysis without the use of chemicals; there is biological wastewater treatment thanks to which the water is used to irrigate plants. There are also triple energy-glazed windows, a fan coil heat pump for heating and cooling, as well as LED lights.

  • Breakfast

    Flat-screen TV, cable channels, excellent wifi network connection and Power Over Ethernet.

  • Cleaning services

    Change of towels, change of sheets and cleaning every 3 days. Use of eco-friendly cleaning products.
